Pre-Submittal Meeting:
The next pre-submittal meeting will be held Friday, January 13, 2006 at 10 am in the Second Floor Board Room, Richard J. Daley Center 50 West Washington. Attendance at the pre-submittal meeting is strongly encouraged for all proposers. When attending a meeting in the Daley Center allow for extra time to pass through the building's security screening.

Submissions Due Date:
The next due date for responses to be delivered to the Public Building Commission is Friday, January 27, 2006. Submissions are due by 4 pm in Room 200, Richard J. Daley Center, 50 West Washington.

Documents Available:
The RFQ and submittal documents are available at the front desk of the Public Building Commission, 50 West Washington, Room 200 or can be downloaded here.

Questions:
All questions regarding this RFQ must be submitted in writing to Miguel Fernandez, Contract Negotiator, Public Building Commission, 50 West Washington, Room 200, Chicago, IL 60602. Questions may by emailed to bids@pbcchicago.com or faxed to Mr. Fernandez at 312/744-3572.

All RFQs must be submitted on documents provided by the PBC. RFQs received after the announced date and time for submission will not be accepted. Incomplete submittals will not be considered.

The PBC reserves the right to reject any or all responses to the RFQ
