Invitation:
The PBC has invited a limited number of firms with a national presence and substantial experience in construction program management in the public sector to submit proposals to provide professional Program Manager services for various design and construction projects to be undertaken by the PBC for various Sister Agencies.

Proposals Due:
Proposals must be received by the PBC on or before 2 pm on Thursday, March 31, 2006 at Room 200, Richard J. Daley Center.

Pre-Proposal Conference:
A pre-proposal conference will be held Thursday, March 2, 2006 at 1:00 pm in the Second Floor Board Room, Richard J. Daley Center. Attendance at the pre-proposal conference is strongly encouraged for all proposers. When attending a meeting in the Daley Center allow for extra time to pass through the building's security screening.

Projects to be Managed:
The PBC anticipates assigning approximately ten construction projects for the City of Chicago and various Sister Agencies to the Program Manager in the first year. Approximately 15 additional projects could be added in the following years. These number may change as project funding becomes available or becomes unavailable for reasons outside the PBC's control.
