Eligible to Bid:All current pre-qualified general contractors.
Bid Opening:Sealed responses shall be submitted and received at the Public Building Commission, Richard J. Daley Center, 50 West Washington, Room 200 until 3:30 p.m. April 25, 2001.
Pre-Bid Meeting:A pre-bid meeting will be held Tuesday, April 10, 2001, 10:00 a.m. 2nd Floor Confrence Room, Richard J. Daley Center, 50 West Washington. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is strongly encouraged for all proposers.
MBE/WBE Participation:Attention is called to special conditions specifying that a percentage of the work be performed by Minority-owned and Women-owned Business Enterprises and the award criteria provision for utilizing minorities and women in the project work force and residency requirements.
The Public Building Commission of Chicago reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any informalities in the bidding.
