General Construction Work for Two Projects

CONTRACT DETAILS
Request for Qualifications (RFQ) will be received from General Contractors and firms proposing to have controlling interest in GC Joint Venture with a demonstrated experience as a General Contractor constructing schools or other projects of similar complexity, type and size with construction cost in excess of $50,000,000 for the following projects:

The PBC anticipates bidding and awarding the above projects by July of 2008.

Submission Due Date:
Qualification Submittals must be delivered by Friday, April 18th by 4:00 pm to the Public Building Commission of Chicago, Richard J. Daley Center, 50 West Washington, Room 200.
