Bid Opening:
Sealed responses shall be submitted and received at Boyle and Associates, Ltd, 203 North La Salle Street, 2nd Floor, Suite M8 until 2:00 p.m. December 3, 2001.

Pre-Bid Meeting:
A pre-bid meeting will be held Tuesday, November 27, 2001, 9:30 a.m. Boyle and Associates, Ltd., 203 North La Salle Street, 2nd Floor, Suite M8. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is strongly encouraged for all proposers.

MBE/WBE Participation:
Attention is called to special conditions specifying that a percentage of the work be performed by Minority-owned and Women-owned Business Enterprises and the award criteria provision for utilizing minorities and women in the project work force and residency requirements.

The Public Building Commission of Chicago reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any informalities in the bidding.
