Eligible to Bid:

Bid Opening:
Sealed responses shall be submitted and received at Boyle and Associates, Ltd, 203 North La Salle Street, 2nd Floor, Suite M8 until 2:00 p.m. February 15, 2002.

Pre-Bid Meeting:
A pre-bid meeting will be held Thursday, February 7, 2002, 9:30 a.m. Boyle and Associates, Ltd., 203 North La Salle Street, 2nd Floor, Suite M8. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is strongly encouraged for all proposers.

Contract Documents:
Copies of the forms of Contract Documents including the Instructions to Bidders, General Conditions, Special Conditions and Specifications are on file at Boyle and Associates, Ltd. and may be obtained there on request.

MBE/WBE Participation:
Attention is called to special conditions specifying that a percentage of the work be performed by Minority-owned and Women-owned Business Enterprises and the award criteria provision for utilizing minorities and women in the project work force and residency requirements.
