Bid Opening:
Sealed responses shall be submitted and received at the Public Building Commission, Richard J. Daley Center, 50 West Washington, Room 200 until 11:00 a.m. March 19, 2002, and then and there publicly opened.

Pre-Bid Meeting:
A pre-bid meeting will be held Thursday, February 28, 2002, 11:00 a.m. 2nd Floor Board Room, Richard J. Daley Center, 50 West Washington. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is strongly encouraged for all proposers.

MBE/WBE Participation:
Attention is called to special conditions specifying that a percentage of the work be performed by Minority-owned and Women-owned Business Enterprises and the award criteria provision for utilizing minorities and women in the project work force and residency requirements.
