Chicago Football Classic Pep Rally

The Chicago Football Classic Pep Rally, an annual event open to the public features drumlins and majorettes from the participating HBCU (Historically Black Colleges and Universities) schools. It is to inspire and educate the public on HBCU schools and the game.
