LEED Certified: Platinum

This project implements the field house Prototype A for the construction of the Ping Tom Memorial Park Field House. This approximately 28,000-square-foot, single-story, steel frame and precast construction building will include a natatorium, gymnasium, club rooms, a fitness center and locker rooms. The site development scope for this project is still being finalized. Project will be delivered via design build.

LEED Features: This prototype building is targeted to achieve LEED "Gold" certification and includes a minimum 50% green roof. Additional LEED features will be determined as the project develops.
