Description:	LEED Certified A single story 4,800 g.s.f. annex building to house a kitchen, dinning area, educational space and ADA toilet rooms. A new link (200 s.f.) will be provided to connect the south facing entrance of the existing building to the new annex. A 20,000 s.f artificial turf field with fence and benches are included in the project. Additional landscaping will be provided west of the new annex. LEED Features: The project will seek LEED certification and will feature a green roof system.
