Engineering Services

The PBC employs various methods to procure Professional Engineering Services. Depending on the specifics of the project or program, the PBC may issue Request for Qualifications (RFQ), Request for Design Build Proposals (RFP) or appoint Engineering firms interested in doing business with the PBC.

Letters of Interest and Qualifications (LIQ)

The LIQ allows firms that are interested in being selected for Engineering Services the opportunity to present their qualifications to the PBC. The LIQ covers projects being developed by the PBC in the near future and also offers engineering firms:

• The opportunity to introduce their firm and staff
• State their interest in providing Engineering Services
• Have their portfolio on file at the PBC.

The request for Letters of Interest and Qualifications for Engineering Services for Public Building Commission Projects are now accepted on a rolling basis. Interested firms can submit a LIQ at any time. PBC's current Engineering Services Database.
