This Contract is subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12).

Bid Opening:
Sealed responses shall be submitted and received at the Public Building Commission, Richard J. Daley Center, 50 West Washington, Room 200 until 10:00 a.m. December 7, 2010, and then and there publicly opened.

Pre-Bid Meeting:
A pre-bid meeting will be held Wednesday, November 17, 2010, 10:00 a.m. 2nd Floor Boardroom, Richard J. Daley Center, 50 West Washington. Contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers are invited to attend to meet the pre-qualified firms bidding on this contract.

Site Visit:
Site visit to be held on: Monday, November 22, 2010 at 10:00AM at project site.
