Project Description:
A new non-prototypical high school for 1,200 selective-enrollment and community students, which includes below-grade parking, general classrooms, science labs, world language/computer classrooms, art classrooms, music classrooms, administration suite, nurses/student services suite, student dining area with servery and full cooking kitchen, multi-purpose room, library, gymnasium, natatorium, separate auditorium, and building support spaces. This replacement High School to be constructed to the south of the existing Jones College Prep High School. This project will seek LEED for Schools Silver certification, and will feature a 50% green roof.

Bid Opening:
Subcontractor bids for Ground Retention are due on Monday, December 27, 2010 at 1:00 PM CST. Two copies of the bids and all required attachments are to be either sent or hand-delivered to Bovis Lend Lease, Inc. in a sealed envelope. Late bids will not be accepted. The bid opening will be held at Bovis Lend Lease office located at One North Wacker Drive, Suite 850, Chicago Illinois, 60606.
