The Public Building Commission of Chicago is soliciting Statement of Qualifications and Financial Condition ("SOQ") from General Contractors (including firms proposing to have a controlling interest in Joint Ventures) to be pre-qualified to bid as a General Contractor for the following projects:

• Durkin Park Elementary School Linked Annex, 8445 S. KOLIN AVENUE
• Onahan Elementary School Linked Annex, 6634 W. RAVEN STREET
• Stevenson Elementary School Linked Annex, 8010 S. KOSTNER AVENUE
• Humboldt Park Library Renovation & Addition, 1605 N. TROY
• Edgewater Branch Library New Construction, 6000 N. BROADWAY
