CONTRACT DETAILS

Project:
The PBC is seeking contractor's qualifications for the demolition and abatement of a number of structures on the Michael Reese Hospital campus located at 29th Street and Cottage Grove Avenue in Chicago, Illinois. The campus contains approximately 29 structures totaling approximately 1.6 million square feet.

Qualifications:
The PBC is seeking to receive Statement Of Qualifications And Financial Condition For Michael Reese Hospital Demolition And Abatement Contractor Work from Contractors (including Joint Ventures).
Respondents must demonstrate their experience as a Prime Contractor demolishing and abating projects of similar complexity, type, and size.

Pre-Submittal Conference:
A Pre-Submittal Conference will be held on Wednesday, April 15, 2009, at 10:00AM, in the 2nd Floor Board Room, Richard J. Daley Center, 50 West Washington Street. Attendance at the Pre-submittal Conference is optional.

Submission Due Date:
Qualification Submittals must be delivered by 4:00PM on Thursday, May 21, 2009 to the attention of Janice Meeks, Public Building Commission of Chicago, Richard J. Daley Center, 50 W. Washington Street, Room 200. Note Date Change.
