The Public Building Commission of Chicago (PBC) has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for design-build services pursuant to the requirements of the Public Building Commission Act (50 ILCS 20 et seq.) (the Act). The Commission will use a single phase procurement process for the selection of the successful design-build entity. This single phase process will evaluate design-build entities based on qualifications, technical approach, and costs proposals for the following design-build project:

Qualification Submittals must be delivered by Thursday, October 22, 2015 at 11:00am (CT) to the attention of Raven A. DeVaugh, Public Building Commission of Chicago, Richard J. Daley Center, 50 West Washington Street, Room 200, Chicago, IL 60602. Note: Date has been extended.

Pre-Submission Conference & Site Walk-Through
A pre-submission conference will be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2015, 1:00 pm at the project site, 1900 West Van Buren, Lecture Hall 2535, directly followed by a site walk-through. Firms interested in submitting responses are strongly encouraged to attend.
