The PBC is seeking to receive qualifications from Construction Management Firms capable of providing at-risk construction management services. The Construction Manager will provide pre-construction and construction management services for the William Jones High School. Firms must demonstrate qualifications, experience and past performance as an at-risk construction manager in the delivery of projects of similar size, complexity, type and location.

Submittals Due:
Qualifications Submittals must be delivered by Tuesday, May 4, 2010 at 2:00 pm to the attention of Rosalinda Castillo, Public Building Commission of Chicago, Richard J. Daley Center, 50 W. Washington Street, Room 200.

Pre-Submittal Conference:
A Pre-Submittal Conference to be held on Wednesday, April 28, 2010 at 1:00 PM at the Richard Daley Center, 50 West Washington St., Room CL 115.

Every request for interpretation must be made in writing, by email to rusty.castillo@cityofchicago.org. and/or addressed to the Public Building Commission of Chicago 50 West Washington Street, Room 200. Attention: Rosalinda Castillo, Deputy Director of Procurement. Questions received after 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 27, 2010 may be answered at the discretion of the Public Building Commission of Chicago.
