This Contract is subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12).

Bid Opening:
Sealed responses shall be submitted and received at the Public Building Commission, Richard J. Daley Center, 50 West Washington, Room 200 until 11:00 a.m. October 28, 2010, and then and there publicly opened. Note: Opening Date Has Been Changed

Pre-Bid Meeting:
A pre-bid meeting will be held Tuesday, August 17, 2010, 10:00 a.m. 2nd Floor Boardroom, Richard J. Daley Center, 50 West Washington. Contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers are invited to attend to meet the pre-qualified firms bidding on this contract.

Mandatory Site Visit
A mandatory site visit for all bidder's is scheduled for Building # 1, for Thursday, October 21, 2010 10:00 a.m. Bidders will meet with the, Project Manager, on 26th Street one block East of Dr. Martin Luther King Drive. Bidders are encouraged to bring enough staff members and subcontractors to review the building conditions to their satisfaction.
