Bid Opening:
Sealed responses shall be submitted and received at the Public Building Commission, Richard J. Daley Center, 50 West Washington, Room 200 until 2:00 p.m. September 25, 2009, and then and there publicly opened. Note: Date has changed.

Pre-Bid Meeting:
A pre-bid meeting will be held Tuesday, September 1, 2009, 10:00 a.m. Second Floor Board Room, Richard J. Daley Center, 50 West Washington. Contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers are invited to attend to meet the pre-qualified firms bidding on this contract.

M/WBE Neworking Session:
Following the Pre-Bid Meeting a Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprise Informational and Networking Session will be held in Room CL115 of the Richard J. Daley Center, 50 West Washington. The Pre-Qualified General Contractors will be on hand to meet with interested M/WBE subcontractors and suppliers.
